I'm reviewing this incredibly late, but this place is wonderful for many reasons. The food is excellent enough to appease even the pickiest of parents and kids. My parents pretty much only enjoy home cooked meals but they loved this place and made plans to go back the week after. I will bring all my friends and family here for a good traditional meal

This is really authentic Yemeni food. Went to this restaurant with a huge group of people and ordered lots of dishes. Everything was cooked properly and the ingredients used tasted fresh. I highly recommend giving this place a try as the variety of food tasted really well. The best thing that I loved was the fresh and hot bread!

Amazing food. Personal favorite is chicken mandi, it's always very fresh and tender. The haneeth is also very good. Easily one of the best tasting middle eastern restaurants in Fairfax

Visiting from Florida and this was my first time at a Yemeni restaurant. It was worth it and yes I will for sure come again. Even my kids loved it and they are picky when it comes to food. We ordered the following Haneeth, chicken Mandi and Fahd. Waiting for dessert now we ordered Bint As-sahn

Having lived in MiddleEast for a time, we love many of Middle Eastern cuisines. Of those YEMENI food our most favorite. For most people I talk to this cuisine is not known. Saba is a good option in DC area. We visited multiple time. Food quality is consistent. Service could be improved a bit.

One of the most delicious food I've ever had! I have not ate such tender chicken or lamb in my life. It's honestly so so so good! I would highly recommend the food here. I also like that they don't cheap out on portions. You get a good amount of food in one order. The staff is also very nice! Love it!

Idk what's better, the owner or the food? By far the best Yemeni food in the DMV. I've catered and visited this restaurant multiple times and it never disappoints!

Stopped in for lunch today. It is located just down from the Cinema Arts.
The food was amazing and the people extra friendly! Recommend giving it a try. Understand there is a lunch buffet during the week

Spectacular food! The lamb, chicken and rice dish was excellent. The lentil soup was nice. The lemonade with mint was refreshing and delicious. The salad was fresh and the lettuce crisp. I had an awesome experience and I look forward to returning!

It was first time that I had yemini food. I tried lamb Mandi and samusa.
Both were delicious. Specially the rice . It was topped with fried onions. I would recommend to try this. The aroma of spices and fried onions flavor takes it to another level. And the yogurt sauce taste good as well.

This food is delicious! My husband and I randomly chose to eat here, and we are SO happy we did! The food is incredibly flavorful and unlike other foods we have tried. They also had wonderful service, and we left promising to return and bring friends! An important note - the plates are HUGE and meant to be shared. We split one appetizer and one entree, and still had leftovers. So don't be dismayed by the slightly more expensive price for a plate - it WILL feed two people.

First time trying Saba. Food was great. We ordered mandi, kabsa and haneeth. All of them were so delicious. Waitresses were so kind.

A great place to go if you want to try Yemeni food. My friend and I ordered Chicken Aqdar, a flavorful stew served with pita bread, adding a side of rice. Perfect for a light dinner. Everything we've ever ordered here has been delicious. The service is friendly and welcoming. It's all located across from the Fair City Mall and Cinema Arts movie theater.

I ate dinner today. It was very tasty. There was a girl who was serving food, I don't know ger name she looks like korean, but I think she was an arab. She was very nice and helpful.

I would highly recommend the restaurant, the staff are very friendly, I have ordered Haneeth, the meat was soft and well cooked, loved the meal and would definately try other meals in the future.
